Kristie has been in the insurance industry for over 12-years handling auto, home, liability, and life insurance. She strives to ensure her service and attention to detail wows her clients. Her favorite shows include Law and Order, Criminal Minds, and This Is Us. She loves spending time with her husband, Jarrod, and their 4-year-old. They are usually at home watching movies or playing at a park.
Jeanne has worked with the Brimfield team for over eight-years helping clients get the best insurance coverage that fits their needs. She enjoys a good meal at Enrico’s on any given night. Her favorite book is the Oregon Trail.

Theresa has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and truly believes her clients come first. She loves helping her people overcome challenges and advocating on their behalf. You can find her eating at the Westwood Tavern, reading murder mysteries, and hanging out with her three dogs.

Barbara has worked in insurance for over eight years and her favorite part of her job is client service sand helping others. When she isn’t working you can find her sewing, gardening, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys entertaining. A few of her favorite shows include Grace & Frankie, 90 Day Fiancé, and Schitts Creek.
Mia has been working at First American for two years but has been in the insurance industry since 2010. She began her career in lawyer’s professional liability and soon transitioned into personal lines. Mia enjoys watching anything on the food network, and her favorite local restaurant is Milano’s.
