Condominium Unit
Condominium Unit (HO6) insurance is a package insurance policy that combines coverage for: the physical structure of the condo unit; personal property within the condo unit and away from the premises; additional living expenses in the event the condo unit is damaged; bodily injury and property damage for which the insured is legally liable; and, no fault medical payments to others as a result of the insured's activities.
The insured is the owner or occupant of the condo, his or her spouse and any residents of their household that are relatives of the insured.
